  1. To sign up to receive these updates, head on over to HayleyJoy.com and scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
  2. In the footer, you will see a field labelled ‘Newsletter Signup’. Enter your email address into this field and click on ‘Sign up’. It’s that easy!

Creating an account at HayleyJoy.com is quick and easy! An account allows you to shop Hayley’s full range online, from the comfort of your office, lounge or even bedroom.

  1. To create an account, visit HayleyJoy.com and click on “My Account” in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. In the box titled ‘Register’, provide your email address and a password you’re confident you’ll remember then click ‘Register’. You’ll receive a confirmation at this email address notifying you of your username and with a link to managing your account online.
  3. In the meantime, the next screen you’ll see in your browser will ask you to setup your Billing and Shipping Addresses. Once you’ve filled in these details, click on ‘Save’ – and let the shopping begin!

Wishlists are a convenient way to group together garments you’ve got your eye on, but for some or other reason need to hold off on purchasing.

There are two ways to add a product to your HayleyJoy.com Wishlist:

A: On a catalogue (product listing) page:

  1. Hover over any part of the product with your mouse (the price, the image or the description – any will do). You’ll notice that when you do this, two icons appear on either side of the ‘Select Options’ button below the product price; a red heart on the left and a blue eye on the right.
  2. To add this product to your Wishlist, click on the red heart icon on the left of the ‘Select Options’ button. When the product has been successfully added, this icon will go from being an outline of a heart to one that is filled-in. Click on the heart a second time to navigate to your Wishlist.

B: On an individual Product Detail page:

  1. To the right of the product image, below the button labelled ‘Add to Cart’, there is a heart icon with a link titled ‘Add to Wishlist’. Click on either the heart or the link to add this product to your Wishlist.
  2. When the product has been successfully added, this icon will go from being an outline of a heart to a filled-in heart, and the link will instead read ‘Browse Wishlist’. Click on the updated link or on the heart to navigate to your Wishlist.

Hayley Joy’s passion is creating garments that make the women wearing them look and feel their beautiful best. The ease and convenience that online shopping brings to this important experience is a no-brainer, but we know that it takes some getting used to! Follow these simple steps to purchase clothes from HayleyJoy.com:

A. Picking products and adding them to your Cart

  1. Browse our collections either on the Home page or in the Shop section. In the Shop section, the controls on the left side of the page let you filter the products according to category and price range. When you see something that you like, click on the button titled ‘Select Options’ below its product image. This will take you to that product’s individual Product Details page.
  2. On the Product Details page, next to the product image, you will see the information required in order to purchase. First, select the size you are looking for from the options in the ‘Size’ dropdown. Then, if there is more than one variation for colour, make sure to select your desired option from the ones that are listed as well.
  3. Next, select the quantity you want, either by clicking on the ‘+’ ‘—‘ buttons or by typing a number directly into the box. This number is set to ‘1’ by default.
  4. When you are satisfied with your selection, click on the button labelled ‘Add to Cart’. If you wish to add the same product to your cart again in a different size, quantity or colour, simply repeat steps 2 to 4.
  5. When an item has been successfully added to your Cart, a confirmation message will appear in green at the top of the screen. Next to this message is a button labelled ‘View Cart’. To go to your Cart, click on this button or click on the handbag icon in the header at the top of the page.

B. Review the Contents of your Cart and Proceed to Checkout

  1. Once on your Cart page, look closely at the contents of your order to make sure that the size, colour and quantity of all items is correct.
  2. If you have a coupon for HayleyJoy.com and would like to use it now, enter its unique code into the ‘coupon code’ field and click ‘Apply Coupon’.
  3. When you are satisfied, scroll down and select your preferred Shipping Option from those displayed. HayleyJoy.com offers an alternative, in-store pickup option for customers living in Johannesburg. Select the “Local Rate” option or “Free Delivery” option to have your Order delivered to you (Free Shipping only applies to Orders with a total value of R1000 or more).
  4. To proceed to making payment, scroll down and click on the button labelled ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

C. Pay and Complete Checkout

  1. On the Checkout page, fill in your Billing Details, Shipping Details and any notes you would like to add to your Order.
  2. Scroll down to your Order Details summary and make sure that the size, item and quantity of your items are all correct. Also, if you’d like to select a different shipping option or apply a HayleyJoy.com coupon, you must do it now.
  3. Scroll down and select your preferred payment method from the options that are listed. The EFT option is for making payment directly into our bank account. The option titled ‘Virtual Card Services’ is for credit card and select debit card payments.
  4. Check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to the HayleyJoy.com online shopping Terms and Conditions then finally, click on the button labelled ‘Place Order’ to finish the process.
  5. Once your order has been placed, you will be taken to a Confirmation page where the details of your Order are displayed again for your personal reference. You will also receive a confirmation email from HayleyJoy.com. Depending on the payment method you selected, you may also receive an email containing further instructions in Order for us to begin processing your Order.
  6. Between the time of placing your Order and Delivery taking place, you will receive email updates whenever the Status of your Order changes. This normally flows from ‘Placed’ to ‘Processing’ (with an extra status titled ‘On Hold’ for customers paying via EFT, which is lifted once the funds have cleared in our account) to ‘Dispatched’ and finally, to ‘Complete’. If at any time your Order is Cancelled (whether by you or by us), Refunded or Failed, you will be notified via email as well.
  7. If your Order is being Shipped to you, you will receive an email containing a unique Tracking Number and corresponding link, once it has been shipped and is in the courier’s possession.
  8. You can also log into your Account at HayleyJoy.com to track the Status of your Order. Feel free to email us anytime at info@hayleyjoy.com for further assistance.

We have Size Guide buttons placed next to all the size selection boxes. Our cut and fit is extra generous, please refer to our unique size guide to enable you to order the correct size.

Click on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page. In the ‘Register’ box on the right, put in the email address and the password you wish to use. Then click on the ‘Register’ button and you’re done!

You’ll then be taken to your ‘My Account’ dashboard , where you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

You’ll also receive a welcome email with a link to your ‘My Account’ dashboard.

To update your email address and mobile number, login to my “My Account”, click on “Account Settings”, enter your new details and press the “Save changes” button. You can change your address details, or add an additional address on your “My Account” dashboard.

It’s easy! Next to each size selection box you will find a size guide button which takes you to our unique size chart. After measuring your bust, waist and hips, compare them to the size chart, bearing in mind that our size chart is based on body measurements with a 20cm ease.

If you are still uncertain, even after going through the Size Chart you could call us on 072 784 4587 or send an email to info@hayleyjoy.com and we will guide you. Also remember that we have a 7 day return policy, so you can return and swap for an alternate size, as long as the returned garment is in it’s original form, with all original labelling attached.

Payment via credit card

Hayley Joy accepts credit card and chipped debit/cheque card payment via Visa and MasterCard only. We make use of PayPal to enable this payment. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved.

EFT (electronic funds transfer)

This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into Hayley Joy’s account, through computer-based systems.

All bank deposit EFT’s require proof of payment to be sent to info@hayleyjoy.com before your order will be processed. If payment does not reflect for an EFT transaction we may request proof of payment to be sent before your order is processed.

Why should I use the EFT option? EFT is convenient in that it is not time consuming and it’s easy to use. Hayley Joy also creates a safe and trustworthy banking environment for the benefit of the customers and the company

Payment via PayPal

PayPal is the preferred payment method for a number of online merchants. Users wishing to make a purchase on this Site using PayPayl must sign up for a PayPal account if they do not already have one. PayPal also enables us to process credit and debit card payments. Standard PayPal fees and terms of use apply. For more information click here.

We use The Courier Guy as our shipping partner both locally and internationally. Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track your order through their website at: www.thecourierguy.co.za

Our local rate for deliveries is R100 (South Africa only).
For orders over R1000, we offer you free delivery to any destination in South Africa.

We also offer an In-store Pickup option. Select the ‘In-store Pickup’ option on checkout, and once we have processed your order, we will sms and email you and let you know that your order is ready to be collected from our store at the Dunkeld West Shopping Centre, Johannesburg.

If you log onto your account under ‘My Account’, you will be able to track the progress of your order. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@hayleyjoy.com and we will assist you.
