How to: Check Out and make a purchase online

The ease and convenience that online shopping brings to this important experience is a no-brainer, but we know that it takes some getting used to! Follow these simple steps to purchase clothes from

A. Picking products and adding them to your Cart

  1. Browse our collections either on the Home page or in the Shop section. In the Shop section, the controls on the left side of the page let you filter the products according to category and price range. When you see something that you like, click on the button titled ‘Select Options’ below its product image. This will take you to that product’s individual Product Details page.
  2. On the Product Details page, next to the product image, you will see the information required in order to purchase. First, select the size you are looking for from the options in the ‘Size’ dropdown. Then, if there is more than one variation for colour, make sure to select your desired option from the ones that are listed as well.
  3. Next, select the quantity you want, either by clicking on the ‘+’ ‘—‘ buttons or by typing a number directly into the box. This number is set to ‘1’ by default.
  4. When you are satisfied with your selection, click on the button labelled ‘Add to Cart’. If you wish to add the same product to your cart again in a different size, quantity or colour, simply repeat steps 2 to 4.
  5. When an item has been successfully added to your Cart, a confirmation message will appear in green at the top of the screen. Next to this message is a button labelled ‘View Cart’. To go to your Cart, click on this button or click on the handbag icon in the header at the top of the page.

B. Review the Contents of your Cart and Proceed to Checkout

  1. Once on your Cart page, look closely at the contents of your order to make sure that the size, colour and quantity of all items is correct.
  2. If you have a coupon for and would like to use it now, enter its unique code into the ‘coupon code’ field and click ‘Apply Coupon’.
  3. When you are satisfied, scroll down and select your preferred Shipping Option from those displayed. offers an alternative, in-store pickup option for customers living in Johannesburg. Select the “Local Rate” option or “Free Delivery” option to have your Order delivered to you (Free Shipping only applies to Orders with a total value of R1000 or more).
  4. To proceed to making payment, scroll down and click on the button labelled ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

C. Pay and Complete Checkout

  1. On the Checkout page, fill in your Billing Details, Shipping Details and any notes you would like to add to your Order.
  2. Scroll down to your Order Details summary and make sure that the size, item and quantity of your items are all correct. Also, if you’d like to select a different shipping option or apply a coupon, you must do it now.
  3. Scroll down and select your preferred payment method from the options that are listed. The EFT option is for making payment directly into our bank account. The option titled ‘Virtual Card Services’ is for credit card and select debit card payments.
  4. Check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to the online shopping Terms and Conditions then finally, click on the button labelled ‘Place Order’ to finish the process.
  5. Once your order has been placed, you will be taken to a Confirmation page where the details of your Order are displayed again for your personal reference. You will also receive a confirmation email from Depending on the payment method you selected, you may also receive an email containing further instructions in Order for us to begin processing your Order.
  6. Between the time of placing your Order and Delivery taking place, you will receive email updates whenever the Status of your Order changes. This normally flows from ‘Placed’ to ‘Processing’ (with an extra status titled ‘On Hold’ for customers paying via EFT, which is lifted once the funds have cleared in our account) to ‘Dispatched’ and finally, to ‘Complete’. If at any time your Order is Cancelled (whether by you or by us), Refunded or Failed, you will be notified via email as well.
  7. If your Order is being Shipped to you, you will receive an email containing a unique Tracking Number and corresponding link, once it has been shipped and is in the courier’s possession.
