Product Availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should the product not be in stock please allow up to 14 working days for production, plus delivery time. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule. We endeavor to keep you up to date about the status of your order. Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days if the delivery address is in South Africa. For international deliveries please allow for up to 21 working days.

Delivery Policy

When you confirm a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refunding of monies (whether charged to your credit card or in any other way paid), is limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all of our Terms and Conditions. Once payment is made for a purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood these terms and conditions for such a purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchases on this website.


We charge a flat rate of R120 for shipping to major centres within South Africa. Please note that deliveries to rural or outlying areas, mines and game reserves may incur additional costs. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address from the outset, as title and risk are passed on to you once your order has left our premises. Packages are occasionally returned to us as undeliverable, should this occur, every attempt will be made to contact you and arrange for re-delivery.

International Shipping

We charge a base rate of R2200.00 (ZAR) for international shipping however we reserve the right to send a second invoice for the excess shipping cost should your purchased items weigh more than 2kgs.

Order Processing

No orders will be processed until orders are fully confirmed and payment is received in full. Please contact with any sales or payment related queries.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Hayley Joy offers a full return, exchange and refund policy, if the item is damaged, or the incorrect size.

Please contact Hayley on 072 784 4587 or email within 7 days of purchase.

All garments must be returned unworn and with their original tag attached.

If you order the incorrect size, we will replace with a new size, depending on stock availability. If we do not have a replacement, we will issue a credit note, or provide a refund. You will be responsible for the collection cost, which will be deducted from your credit note or refund.

If the garment you receive is damaged, we will arrange collection and either refund the full amount or replace it with a new garment at our cost.

Refunds are done into your bank account of choice, via EFT. They are processed as soon as we receive your return.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for general wear and tear, or for incorrect wash care.

We have a very eagle eyed quality controller in our factory, but we are all human, so if you are unhappy about anything, we are always here to address your concerns.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR), American Dollars (USD), British Pounds Sterling (GBP), Australian Dollars (AUD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), Canadian Dollars (CAD) or Euros (EUR). The total price of your order includes VAT and shipping costs. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
